Submitting an application to become a tester and/or job candidate (an “Application”) does not:

• create an employment relationship or any other legal relationship; or
• guarantee selection, engagement, or any minimum amount of work.

We may request skills tests, interviews, reference checks, or other assessments reasonably necessary to evaluate an Application. We seek to provide equal opportunity and do not tolerate unlawful discrimination in recruitment and selection.

Unless explicitly requested by us, you should not include sensitive/special category personal data (e.g., health data, biometric data, political opinions) in your application materials.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including as to availability, accuracy, completeness, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia located in Riga, unless the parties agree to arbitration in writing.

The Website is intended for business users and professional candidates/testers.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
